2024 was such a fantastic year for Yelkencidesign. From designing and CAD modeling the 50th Anniversary special edition “Bburago” AntaSportiva diecast collection model to participating as a designer and CAD modeler in the world’s most successful diesel drifting team, “Blacksmoke Racing.”
As a custom car designer and a person who always wanted to be a custom car designer as a kid, winning a car design competition against stock car designers as a “OneandOnly Yelkencidesign” was such a big slap for professors that things customizing is not car design. (Look who is the winner against your students, bro) Even after sharing the design, they messaged me trying to question Yelkencidesign, aka Fatih Yelkenci. They got a response like,” Who do you think you are?” (No, I’m usually not a rude person, I’m nice as fuck :D) I learned this shit from Jason (The first ever fully custom carbon racecar I designed for Canada), from Mr Colins (Owner of the Widebody Mustang with Yelkencidesign diffuser design), from bringing my first custom widebody Peugeot design in real life to designing professional racecar kits with actual scans and dimensions. I’m a murderer when it comes to self-improvement. “1 year, two big companies, someone like me, and two different projects ”. I also learned three new programs and improved the ones I already knew. I am still working on the Alias Hotrod; it’s going to be the first custom concept design of the 2025
